• Pre-construction Planning Services: A good plan is essential to any construction project. We can create and customize your plan in Chief Architect. Using Chief Architect we can create a full sets of blueprints with 3-D renderings.
  
• We employ high quality carpenters, coordinate and oversee a complete array of specialized tradesman for wide variety of design and architectural options. For example, masons, tile setters, electricians, plumbers, excavators, landscapers, welders, sheet metal fabricators etc..
  
• We are fully insured with worker’s compensation and a liability policy and we track all certificates of insurance from all subcontractors.
  
• Our estimating and billing system is tailored to track your expenses from beginning to end to give you an exact accounting of the construction project in a variety of different formats.
  
• We offer the following types of contracts: Time and Material, Fixed and Cost-Plus-a-Fee.
